Natalie Rednour
Natalie has been a Hairstylist for 11 years, and owner of StyleBar for 7 years. She specializes in Balayage, lived-in and creative color. She is certified in 4 types of hair extensions and hopes to focus on elevating her cutting techniques this year, particularly in curly and textured hair. In addition to her cosmetology license, she also has a degree in Fashion Marketing. She has participated in 3 seasons of NYFW for makeup artistry, and enjoys doing bridal makeup as well. She is deeply passionate about customizing each color appointment to her clients wants, needs, and lifestyle.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys travelling, going to live music with her Husband, going to the gym and spending time with her two cats, Scout and Gypsy.

Ace Espinosa
Ace is a barber born and raised in Charlotte, NC.. He has a decade of cutting experience specializing in short length hair. He has experience and proficiency with both scissor and clipper cut.s,. He is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and is an independent educator for barber education across NC and SC.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, Doing house projects and spending time with his dog Bailey.

Mariel Fritscher
Mariel is deeply passionate about helping others look and feel their best. With a focus on ‘lived in’ color, dimensional color, hand-tied extensions, and I-tip extensions, she brings a specialized skillset to the industry. Mariel has undergone extensive training and has earned certifications with numerous color and hair extension brands, Most notably, she is a certified extension specialist with Laced Hair.
In her spare time, Mariel loves to travel, cook with her fiancé, and spend time with her babies, Stevie and Jolene.

Michael Cross
Michael is a balayage, blonding, and haircutting specialist. After 10 years as a cosmetologist in Charleston, SC, he is establishing roots now here in Charlotte. While Michael’s specialty is blonding and color, he also has a focus in hair and scalp health. His goal for his clients is long lasting, healthy hair color that lasts in-between appointments and the harsh Carolina summers. His blowouts are his signature finish!
In his spare time, Michael enjoys working on his music, which you can find on Spotify!

With a focus in all color transformations, from natural haircolor to vibrant fashion colors, Oliver brings creativity and precision to every appointment. Oliver’s chair is a safe haven where diversity is celebrated, and everyone is welcome.
In their spare time, Oliver loves to spend time with their kitties and play minecraft.
Yvette Rose
Yvette is a color specialist and a stylist of 24 years. Her focus is dimensional color and custom grey blending and pairing it with the cut and blowout of your dreams! She has a background in Wella and Lanza Hair Color and is Vidal Sassoon trained in haircutting and barbering. She approaches every appointment with skill and experience. Her focus for the future is becoming certified in hair extensions to round her skill set and creating a full offering of services for clients.
In her spare time, Yvette loves to go see live music and spend time with her pets, Stewie and Ellie.
